What does “privacy” really mean?
A long distance to the nearest mapped building may be encouraging, but it doesn't prove visual privacy: terrain, trees, windows, rights of way and seasonal hedgerows all matter. We won't convert one distance into a definitive privacy claim.
What land belongs to the home?
The owned title, estate agent's advertised acreage, garden you can use and neighbouring landscape aren't necessarily the same thing. Check boundaries and rights independently with a qualified conveyancer where appropriate.
What makes the countryside practical?
Consider the weekly realities: journey times, shops, healthcare, internet access, transport, maintenance and heating. A beautiful home shouldn't have to conceal the compromises.
Measured answers, not magic scores.
We intend to join verified property descriptions with external geographic and public datasets, publish source dates and limitations, and explain why each selected home is worth considering.
